Common Installation Issues on remi
If the APK does not install on Android, check that "Unknown sources" is enabled in Settings → Apps & notifications → Special app access → Install unknown apps. If you see a certificate warning, this is normal — our APK is signed with our development certificate. Tap "Install anyway" to proceed. On iOS, if add-to-home-screen does not work, clear your Safari cache (Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data) and try again. If the app crashes on startup, uninstall it, restart your phone, and reinstall.

The remi app requests permission to access your phone's camera (for identity verification selfies), microphone (for live-dealer chat), and location (optional, for regional compliance).
