remi Platform Account Terms

We at remi set out the terms under which you access and use our platform. These terms govern your account creation, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, and dispute resolution. By opening an account on remi, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. Our services are available only where local law permits. You are responsible for verifying that your access and use of remi comply with your own jurisdiction's law.

This document covers account eligibility, payment methods, bonus conditions, account suspension, and how we handle disputes. Account Eligibility and Opening on remi

To open an account on remi, you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a jurisdiction where our services are legally available. We do not offer remi services in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited by local law. You are solely responsible for confirming that your jurisdiction permits access to remi.

When you register on remi, you provide your name, email, phone number, and date of birth. We use this information to verify your identity and prevent fraud. You must provide accurate information. If we discover that your registration details are false or incomplete, we may suspend your account and forfeit any balance.

Each person may hold only one remi account. If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same individual, we reserve the right to close all but one account and forfeit balances on duplicate accounts. We use automated and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts, including IP address analysis, device fingerprinting, and payment method matching.

Account verification: Before your first withdrawal, we require identity verification. You must submit a copy of your ID and a selfie holding your ID. This process typically completes within 24–48 hours.

Deposits and Payment Methods on remi

We accept deposits via six payment methods: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. We also accept direct bank transfers to mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet accounts. Minimum deposit amounts start at our welcome offer across most methods. Maximum limits depend on your bank or e-wallet provider's caps.

When you deposit on remi, your balance updates immediately for e-wallet methods (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment). Bank transfers typically process within 1–2 hours during business hours, or by the next business day if initiated outside banking hours. We do not charge deposit fees; any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet are your responsibility.

We reserve the right to refuse or reverse any deposit we believe violates our terms or applicable law. For example, if a deposit is made from an account not registered to your name, we may reverse it and return funds to the source account.

Withdrawals and Account Closure on remi

You may withdraw your balance at any time by submitting a withdrawal request through your remi account. We process withdrawal requests during business hours (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 Jakarta time). Withdrawals to e-wallets typically complete within one business day. Bank transfers may take 2–3 business days depending on your bank's clearing window.

Before your first withdrawal, we require account verification (ID and selfie). Once verified, subsequent withdrawals are faster. You may withdraw to the same payment method you used to deposit, or to a different method if you prefer. All withdrawal destinations must be registered to your name.

If you wish to close your remi account, submit a closure request through your account settings. We will process your request within 5 business days. Any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method. Once closed, your account cannot be reopened; you must create a new account if you wish to return to remi.

Withdrawal holds: We may place a temporary hold on withdrawals if we detect suspicious activity or if your account is under review for compliance reasons. We will notify you of any hold and the reason for it.

Gameplay and Betting Terms on remi

All games on remi — live-dealer tables, sportsbook, virtual sports, and slots — use certified random-number generation. Outcomes are determined by our gaming engine and are not influenced by your account status, deposit history, or previous results. We do not offer any guarantee of winning or profit.

When you place a wager on remi, your stake is deducted from your balance immediately. If your wager wins, your payout is added to your balance. If your wager loses, your stake is forfeited. All payouts follow the odds and rules displayed at the time you place your wager.

We reserve the right to void any wager we believe violates our terms — for example, wagers placed after an event has started, or wagers that exploit a technical glitch. If we void a wager, we will refund your stake to your account balance.

Account Suspension and Dispute Resolution

We may suspend your remi account if we detect violations of these terms, including but not limited to: duplicate accounts, false registration information, suspected fraud, or use of automated tools to access remi. We will notify you of any suspension and the reason for it. You may appeal a suspension by contacting our support team within 30 days.

If you dispute a wager outcome or believe an error has occurred on your account, contact our support team with details of the transaction. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days. Our decision on disputes is final, though you may escalate unresolved disputes to our compliance team for further review.

We keep records of all transactions on your remi account for at least 12 months. You can access your transaction history anytime through your account dashboard. If you need historical records beyond 12 months, contact our support team.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

remi operates under the laws of the jurisdictions where our services are legally available. We do not offer remi services in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited. If you access remi from a prohibited jurisdiction, you do so at your own risk, and we are not liable for any consequences.

Any disputes arising from your use of remi will be resolved through our internal dispute process first. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to arbitration or mediation as permitted by applicable law. You agree not to pursue legal action against remi in court unless all internal remedies have been exhausted.
